COLUMBIA, S.C. — The campaign chief for Republican presidential contender Michele Bachmann is leaving in a campaign shake-up. Campaign manager Ed Rollins said that at age 68, he just doesn’t have the stamina to work 12 to 14 hours every day. Rollins said his deputy and longtime colleague, David Polyansky, decided that it was a good time for him to leave the campaign as well.
