TACtile Textile Arts Center ventures beyond its headquarters in southeast Denver this month to present a pop-up exhibit of 33 quilts using eco-sensitive materials at The Women’s College at the University of Denver. Eight artists are represented, including Marjorie Durko Puryear (a portion of one of her works using vintage handkerchiefs is right). The free exhibit is at the Meryl Catherine Chambers Center for the Advancement of Women Building, 1955 E. Asbury Ave., 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
