NEW YORK — The last wrongful-death lawsuit remaining from the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks has been resolved with a settlement, an attorney for the family of a passenger on a plane that was flown by hijackers into the World Trade Center’s south tower said Monday.

The family of Mark Bavis decided to settle after making public as much information as they could about what they viewed as security lapses on Sept. 11, 2001, at Boston’s Logan Airport.

The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
