A man who was fatally shot early Sunday morning in Denver has been identified.
The victim of the shooting is Marquez Jones, 24, of Aurora, according to the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner.
The shooting happened at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Denver police said.
Two men were initially taken into custody, but they’ve been released, police said.
Police said two groups of people argued on the street when one pulled a gun.
