Police are looking two men suspected of robbing a Colorado Springs restaurant at gunpoint Monday night.
At 8:14 p.m., officers were called to the Captain D’s restaurant at 402 S. Eighth St., on a report of a robbery, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department’s blotter.
After arriving, officers learned that two men, approximately 25 to 30 years old, entered the restaurant with a small, black semi-automatic handgun.
The two grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash before running away.
The first suspect, who was reportedly pointing the gun, was wearing a white shirt with a black design and blue jeans. The second man was wearing a white shirt.
Witnesses said that both men had short hair.
