BROOMFIELD, Colo.—The National Archives and Records Administration is building a new facility in Broomfield.

The agency plans to begin construction on Tuesday with a ground-breaking ceremony.

The new facility will provide the public with a federal records center and public research rooms. The government agency says it expects to process 28,000 reference requests a year.
