Colorado Springs police are looking for a man this morning, after a large fight Monday night led to gunshots and left one man in critical condition.
Shortly after 7 p.m., officers were called to the 5500 block of Bonita Village Road, on a report of shots fired, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department’s blotter.
After arriving, officers found a man with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to nearby hospital and is in critical condition.
His name has not been released.
Investigators discovered that there was a large fight before the shooting. Several people ran away after shots were fired.
Police have named Donny Lopez as a suspect in the shooting.
Lopez is considered armed and dangerous.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall with tattoos on his neck and face.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Lopez. He is wanted on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder.
Lopez may be driving an older model white Chevrolet Camaro.
