Longmont-based DigitalGlobe announced Wednesday that it has been awarded a one-year contract worth up to $38 million over the next year to provide high-resolution Earth images to the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency.
The award expands the $3.55 billion contract that DigitalGlobe won in 2010 to assist the intelligence community and Defense Department.
