PORTLAND, Ore. — Oregon authorities say they have found an unidentified body in a vehicle owned by a man missing from Washington state.
The Linn County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday the body was found inside a black Jeep Patriot owned by David Jones Pedersen. Authorities have been searching for Pedersen since his wife, Leslie Pedersen, was found slain in their Everett, Wash., home Sept. 28.
Authorities have said they think the Jeep was driven to Oregon and abandoned by David Jones Pedersen’s son, David Joseph Pedersen, and his girlfriend, Holly Grigsby.
