Ace Hardware said Friday it will open a 16,000-square-foot store next spring in a late 1940s building at 7100 E. Colfax Ave.
As part of a project to revitalize the Colfax Avenue corridor, the building will be renovated to preserve the original Art Deco facade and expose the original roof trusses and wood barrel ceiling, said the company.
Approximately 20 new full- and part-time jobs will be created at the store.
