A Colorado car dealer has been arrested on charges of failing to deliver vehicles worth up to $65,000 to buyers and then writing refund checks that bounced.

Gregory Kotsaftis, 45, surrendered to Boulder police Sunday on charges of theft of $20,000 or more and check fraud. The arrest was announced Tuesday.

Police said Kotsaftis owns Go Motors in Boulder. He didn’t immediately return messages left at his home and business.
