DENVER—Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper is placing more emphasis on trade with Canada, Mexico and Japan to boost the state economy.
According to the Denver Post (), Hickenlooper is expected to announce Monday that his plan will also include more infrastructure planning and faster implementation.
Hickenlooper says his plan is the result of more than 50 meetings and comments from more than 13,000 people in all of the state’s 64 counties.
