In a market where everybody is looking for good schools and for more house at less money, Taylor Morrison Homes has a grand opening tomorrow that delivers both – a view-swept Arvada setting served by top-rated Ralston Valley High and Meiklejohn Elementary (9 for 10 stars at GreatSchools.net), and a new 4-bedroom-plus-loft model that gets straight-A’s for its family-sized value.
Visit Whisper Creek II tomorrow between noon and two and find free brats and dogs from Good Dog’s cart, parked outside Taylor Morrison’s two new models (also including a roomy 2,227-foot ranch model), off Indiana Street at W. 87th. “These are great looking models,” says Jennifer Taylor, who along with Carmela Savoie will show you around the neighborhood. “People’s reactions are really great, particularly from those that didn’t know that Whisper Creek was here.”
You could have lived in Arvada for years without having discovered this new master-planned area, with trails and open space, a pre-school academy, and with a community center with pool, tennis courts and ball field set to open next spring – all for only $32/month HOA dues.
