A hearing at which suspected Boulder “potty peeper” Luke Chrisco was to have entered a plea was postponed today.

Defense attorney Jason Savela told a Boulder district judge that he still is waiting for a mental health evaluation that is necessary before plea negotiations with prosecutors can be completed.

Chrisco, 30, faces multiple counts of burglary and unlawful sexual contact for allegedly spying on women from hidden spaces in restrooms around Boulder, including at the University of Colorado, Naropa, Target and the Boulder Cafe.

Chrisco was arrested in June after a woman attending a yoga festival noticed something moving inside the tank of a portable toilet. She left the toilet, and a few minutes later, a feces-stained man came out and ran away.
