BOULDER, Colo.—Boulder police have arrested a man accused of stabbing two homeless men, one of whom has died of his injuries.
Officers arrested 56-year-old Charles Waters at the scene early Friday. The Daily Camera reports () Waters also is homeless.
Police say the two men who were stabbed were taken to a hospital, where one died in surgery. The other victim was still being treated for his injuries.
Investigators are trying to determine what led to the stabbings.
