Three people were injured in a single-car accident this morning in Commerce City.

The crash happened at about 9:20 a.m. near East 58th Avenue and Quebec Parkway, according to a Commerce City Police Department media release.

Police said a Chevrolet Caviler was northbound on Quebec when the driver lost control and the car hit a median, causing it to overturn and ejecting two passengers.

The driver and passengers were taken to a local hospital with “serious” injuries, police said.

No one was identified.

A police investigation into the crash is ongoing.
