BOGOTÁ — A Red Cross official said a landslide caused by heavy rains in northwestern Colombia has killed 14 people and about 60 more are missing.
Cesar Uruena said more than 14 homes were buried by the landslide in the city of Manizales in Caldas state, 102 miles northwest of the capital, Bogotá.
