BOULDER, Colo.—The University of Colorado says investments in companies that do business with Israel will continue despite disputes over Palestine.

The Board of Regents on Wednesday supported the CU treasurer’s office and investment advisers after rejecting a proposal to pull investments in Israel over its presence in Palestine.

A resolution sponsored by Regent Jim Geddes failed after activists asked the college to withdraw investments they claim support the occupation of Palestine.

According to the Boulder Daily Camera (), Jewish organizations said the proposal would divide the university.
