You’re not going to have to drive any further to explore some family-sized homes that come on much larger lots than you’ve seen at other new home areas; but you will have to work a little harder to find it. “We’re convenient to everything, but people just don’t know we’re here,” says Maher Asfar at Lennar Homes’ Rocking Horse, with family-sized homes that have price tags in mid-$300s to low $400s, on lots averaging a quarter-acre…some a third-acre and larger.

Be sure to ask about special year-end savings and below-market financing…and about the new park with tennis courts, Western fort-styled playground and in-line hockey rink. From 470 take Gartrell south to Rockinghorse; or from Parker take Lincoln east to Pine, then north to Inspiration and east two miles.
