
The founder of Sunflower Farmers Market, who is facing charges of soliciting an underage prostitute in Arizona, has put his home west of Longmont on the market for $2.8 million.
Mike Gilliland’s 40-acre organic farm includes a main house, a guest cottage, a barn and a workshop, according to the listing by KL Realty in Boulder.
Gilliland, 53, was arrested Feb. 10 following a prostitution sting by undercover Phoenix police officers. His trial date is slated for Jan. 19 in Maricopa County Superior Court. Judge Susanna Pineda recently granted Gilliland permission to fly to Casablanca, Morocco, and return to Phoenix on Dec. 1.
