Richardson flows with the Tide
Trent Richardson, Alabama: The running back rushed for a career- high 203 yards (27 carries) against Auburn, including 142 yards on 13 carries in the second half. He scored three touchdowns (two rushing) in the win.
Andrew Luck, Stanford: In likely his last home game, the junior quarterback topped John Elway’s school record of 77 touchdown passes and helped the Cardinal beat No. 22 Notre Dame 28-14. He has thrown for 80 touchdowns in three years and 35 this season.
Robert Griffin III, Baylor: The quarterback left the game late in the second quarter against Texas Tech after an elbow-to-helmet hit. He was 7-of-11 for 106 yards passing (one TD) and another 62 yards on 14 carries with two rushing TDs.
Case Keenum, Houston: Finished the regular season Friday at 12-0 and next plays in the C-USA title game. He is the nation’s top passer with 4,726 yards and 43 touchdowns against only three interceptions.
