  •  Watermark Advertising Corp., a Douglas County-based strategic planning, marketing and annual report design firm, was honored in two award competitions for their 2010 annual report designs. MarCom awarded Watermark with three platinum awards for the 2010 CoBank, MWH and Liberty Global annual reports, as well as a gold for the Liberty Global online annual review. Davey Awards acknowledged Watermark with gold awards for the 2010 CoBank annual report and Liberty Global online review, and silver for the 2010 MWH and Liberty Global annual reports.

  •  About Time Fitness announced it will open at 2870 S. Broadway in Englewood, on Jan. 7.

  •  Marley Coffee, a sustainably grown gourmet coffee, has expanded distribution into Colorado. Whole Foods Market Colfax in Golden will initially serve as the exclusive Marley retailer in Colorado.

  •  Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services closed the sale of Marketplace at Austin Bluffs, a 226,626-square-foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Colorado Springs. The seller was United Properties and the buyer was AmCap Austin Bluffs LLC.

  •  Denver Community Credit Union, with 29,600 members, has begun offering members call center support this year. Utilizing CO-OP Financial Services, members will have 24 hour call center support for lending and member services.

  •  Poo Free Parks, a Denver-based privately-held company providing pet waste supplies and services, has expanded its eco-friendly dog waste program to Aurora and Chatfield State Park and communities in California and Oregon.

  •  Front Range Laboratories, a Loveland-based analytical testing lab has expanded its service offerings and doubled its personnel with the lease of a 4,500-square-foot facility at 510 E. 5th St.

  •  Alpine Access, a Denver-based provider of virtual contact center services, announced it has been selected by an unidentified beauty and health retailer to handle a variety of support calls. Alpine Access will handle calls from the client’s 400 nationwide retail stores along with direct calls from consumers and website visitors.
