Attorneys plan to outline their concerns on Wednesday, prior to a hearing by Secretary of State Scott Gessler on Thursday on the changes.
Critics say some of the electronic voting machines may be vulnerable to hackers and they do not provide a direct voter-verified paper audit trail.
