State Sen. Kevin Lundberg is considering a run for the congressional seat held by Democrat Jared Polis.
Lundberg, a Berthoud Republican, announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has formed an exploratory committee.
“I believe the people of the newly comprised CD-02 need a clearer choice between conservative values and the liberal principles we’ve seen representing the district,” Lundberg told The Denver Post on Tuesday.
