ARVADA, Colo.—Arvada police and the King Soopers grocery chain are trying to figure out why someone cut data-transmission wiring, causing an estimated $100,000 damage.
Police have released surveillance videos showing a man who entered the store and compromised many of the store’s electronic systems, including cash registers, while customers were in the store.
Authorities tell KMGH-TV () they don’t know if the man was trying to vandalize the store or steal identity records.
