Nichols Partnership has sold the 1899 Wynkoop office building in Lower Downtown to Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors.
Nichols developed the nine-story, 165,727-square-foot building adjacent to the Union Station redevelopment site in 2000.
Mary Sullivan and John Jugl Jr. represented Nichols in the sale of the building, which is 92 percent leased.
Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed.
