Tilman Fertitta, owner of Landry’s Restaurants, has agreed to buy Morton’s Restaurant Group in a deal valuing the high-end steak-house restaurant firm at $116.6 million.
The moves comes after Fertitta in July terminated his $137 million tender offer for McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants.
