LONDON — Two men were found guilty Tuesday of the murder of a black teenager, Stephen Lawrence, in April 1993. The case captured national attention and prompted an examination of racism within London’s police force. Lawrence was stabbed to death by a gang of white teenagers at a bus stop in London, but the initial police investigation foundered. The convictions of Gary Dobson, who is now 36, and David Norris, now 35, were the first in the case.
