Wheat futures fell the most in three weeks on speculation that recent precipitation has boosted subsoil moisture in the Great Plains, improving prospects for dormant winter crops.

About 53 percent of the winter wheat in Kansas and 63 percent in Oklahoma were in good or excellent condition as of Jan. 1, the Department of Agriculture said Tuesday.
