Riki Hashimoto and Dan Grooters, top producing brokers for Grubb & Ellis, have joined CBRE Group, Inc.
Hashimoto and Grooters specialize in the acquisition and disposition of office, retail and industrial investment properties.
GBRE said the pair will work with First Vice President Geoff Baukol to lead CBRE’s investment properties team handling institutional and private equity investment sales throughout Colorado.
CBRE said Tim Swan, CBRE’s managing director of institutional services, was instrumental in recruiting Grooters and Hashimoto. Swan oversees the investment sales group.
