Planned Parenthood of the Rockies has asked the Colorado Supreme Court to reject a state review board’s decision to allow supporters of an anti-abortion initiative to move forward with their petition for a ballot measure.

Personhood Colorado and other amendment supporters must gather the signatures of more than 80,000 registered voters to put the question to voters on the 2012 ballot.
