MINTURN, Colo.—A 29-year-old man is recovering after he broke his leg on an out-of-bounds ski run near Minturn.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office says the unidentified man broke his leg on the Minturn Mile ski run. Authorities did not say how the accident happened.
The man had to be rescued by the Vail Ski Patrol and Vail Mountain Rescue after a helicopter was unable to land.
