DENVER—Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has made good on his bet on the Broncos-Patriots playoff game with Boston Mayor Tom Menino, wearing a Patriots jersey during a Denver Nuggets game.
The Denver Post reports () Hancock wore the jersey during halftime of the Nuggets’ home game against the Utah Jazz Sunday night.
Denver lost Saturday’s playoff game 45-10 to New England.
Hancock is also sending Menino 40 pounds of Colorado beef, including some “Tebow tenderloins.”
