GRAND JUNCTION, Colo.—Two pickup trucks, a sports car, a travel trailer and nearly 7 pounds of silver are among assets of the Palisade owner of a home health provider that are being seized by the feds.
The Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports ( ) federal prosecutors this month took formal steps to seize the assets of Anthony Paul Breaux. Breaux pleaded guilty in November to defrauding a nuclear worker health program of more than $3.4 million through Honor-Bound Healthcare Providers.
Breaux agreed to for forfeit the money when he entered his guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Denver to health care fraud and money laundering. He faces up to 20 years in prison at sentencing on March 16.
Prosecutors are also seeking more than $760,000 in cash, as well as a house.
