There’s a strong chance Broncos head coach John Fox will be interviewing for a new offensive coordinator.

The team’s current offensive coordinator, Mike McCoy, is heading back to Miami for a second interview Thursday for the Dolphins’ head coaching position.

McCoy had first interviewed Monday for the Miami job.

McCoy had never been a head coaching candidate before this offseason, but his prospects surged because of how he helped bring along the unique skill set of quarterback Tim Tebow. T

he Broncos won seven of Tebow’s first eight starts, a run that led to the AFC West title and a first-round playoff win against Pittsburgh.

and Denver defensive coordinator Dennis Allen, Jeff Legwold reported.
