Aurora Police today named the victim of a shooting who died in his front yard after he called 911 Wednesday to say he had been shot.
No arrests have been made in the death of 29-year-old Ebon Kelly.
Police were still searching the home in the 1200 block of Xanadu Street today.
“Detectives are hoping the results of the search warrant will help positively identify and locate parties involved in this homicide,” police stated this afternoon.
Kelly called for help at about 6:20 a.m. Wednesday. Police said there was preliminary evidence Kelly knew the shooter.
