A highway traffic accident this morning on I-225 injured a woman and snarled rush hour traffic.
The two-car accident happened at about 6 a.m. on the highway near East Colfax Avenue, according to Aurora police.
A woman suffered a leg injury in the accident and was taken to a local hospital.
Traffic is backed up in the area and drivers should expect delays.
