Each Sunday, The Denver Post will print a cartoon without a caption (the online version appears each Friday afternoon). It’s up to readers to come up with the funniest caption – see below for instructions on how to submit. We also want readers to help choose the winning caption, so we will select the top three entries each week and put them to a vote. The winning caption will appear the following week.
The rules:
- Your caption must be an original idea
- Contestants may submit no more than five captions per week
- No foul language
- Keep it simple, short and funny
- The deadline for submitting your caption is noon Thursday
- Winner will receive a print of the cartoon
