The Woodland Park Police Department said today that more laboratory tests will be needed to determine the cause of death of a 16-year-old girl.
“At this point, the focus is upon natural causes,” Police Chief Robert Larson said in an e-mail today.
Anna Dille’s parents discovered her dead when they tried to wake her for school Monday. She was a sophomore at Woodland Park High School.
An autopsy today did not determine her cause of death, he said. Lab tests will take up to six weeks to complete, Larson said.
