Two men have been arrested for allegedly firing a shotgun blast at patrons of a Colorado Springs lounge after they were bounced for a scuffle.
The incident happened at about midnight at Belles Lounge, 734 N. 19th St., according to the Colorado Springs Police Department crime blotter.
Two men inside Belles got into a beef with another man, beating the victim, police said. The victim suffered minor injuries and the pair were bounced from the bar.
One of the two assailants said he’d return with a gun and he did, police said, firing a shotgun from across the street at patrons gathered outside of Belles. No one was hit by the blast.
The man who fired the shotgun got into a silver vehicle and fled, police said.
Officers responding to the incident were talking to witnesses when a silver vehicle passed. Police stopped it and arrested two men inside.
Police identified the man suspected of firing the shotgun as Keenan Miller. A second man, identified as Mario Raxon, drove the silver vehicle, police said, the same one that fled and returned.
Both men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, conspiracy and assault.
