VAIL, Colo.—The state of emergency for about 350 residents of Red Cliff over the lack of water is over for now.
The water came back on Sunday, three days after the town declared a state of emergency after a frozen water main shut down water to residents and businesses.
According to KCNC-TV ( ), town administrators plan to meet with Eagle County this week to get help paying the estimated $60,000 bill.
