BOULDER, Colo.—University of Colorado sports officials are trying to figure out what to with donations from a man accused of evading taxes and hiding millions of dollars in several Swiss bank accounts.
Authorities say the Colorado National Golf Club bought by Stephen Kerr and used by the CU golf team was purchased with money from off-shore accounts.
Athletic Director Mike Bohn says the university will continue its relationship with the course until further notice.
According to the Boulder Daily Camera ( ), the agreement between CU and the golf course runs through 2038 and provides unlimited golf rounds to CU men’s and women’s golf teams. Kerr also gave thousands of dollars to the program.
Kerr’s attorneys did not return calls seeking comment.
