The Denver Central Library will open late today because of a water main break in the library on Tuesday.
The library, located at 10 W. 14th Ave., will open at 2 p.m., according to a news release fromthe library.
The building was closed Tuesday after crews discovered after the water main break early that morning.
No damage has been discovered. The cause of the water main break is still under investigation. Crews are working with Denver Water, Lakewood Plumbing and the Denver Department of Public Works.
All Central Library classes scheduled to begin at or after 2 p.m. will not be affected.
The Library Commission public meeting, scheduled at 6 p.m. in the B2 Conference Center, will still be held. The public meeting is to discuss sustainable funding.
