LOVELAND – —A local developer is hoping to take over the unfinished portion of Copper 10, a subdivision of funky-modern duplexes in east Loveland that never caught on as much as hoped.
Midtown Homes, which has built more than 100 moderately priced homes in its Boise Village North subdivision and elsewhere since 2009, has the Copper 10 property under contract, according to company officer Blaine Rappe.
Midtown Homes started Boise Village North in 2009, the year that single-family homebuilding hit bottom in Loveland during the recent housing slump.
