Kaiser Permanente Colorado, the state’s largest nonprofit health plan, announced Wednesday the locations of its new medical office buildings that will open this fall in Fort Collins and Loveland.

Kaiser Permanente medical offices in Fort Collins will be located at 2950 Harmony Road, on the northwest corner of Harmony and Ziegler roads.
