ASPEN, Colo.—A homeless man is facing trespass charges after police said he broke into a man’s home and used his laptop computer to look at pornography.
Police say 45-year-old Edward Dugan III told prosecutors he blacked out after getting kicked out of several bars, but he denied breaking into the home.
According to the Aspen Daily News ( ), the owner told police that he came home to find Dugan sitting in front of his laptop computer and wanted him arrested.
