Izzy the Chihuahua weighs 4 pounds. Trees 100 times her weight were no match for Wednesday’s wind storm.
“I’d say she hit about there,” Julie Madsen said pointing to the trunk of a tree.
“There was this big gust of wind,” Madsen said.
She guessed it was over 50 mph.
The wind carried Izzy about 10 feet away. She hit the tree at a spot three feet off the ground.
