Two drivers were injured this morning in a T-bone crash south of Brighton.
A 2007 Dodge Ram pickup truck and a 1999 Dodge Neon collided at about 4:50 a.m. in the intersection of East 144th Avenue and Sable Boulevard, said Trooper Nate Reid, a Colorado State Patrol spokesman.
The Neon left the road and came to a stop in a field. The driver had to be cut out of the vehicle.
The driver of the Neon suffered “moderate” injuries and was taken to a local hospital. The driver of the Ram suffered minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
