COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.—A 50-year-old man is facing charges after his 87-year-old mother fell and couldn’t get up for five days.
Colorado Springs police said they were notified of the woman’s plight on Jan. 24 after the woman was hospitalized with serious injuries.
According to KKTV-TV (), Dennis Foust is facing charges of a crime against an at-risk adult. The woman was not identified.
Neighbors say the woman often refused help with her problems.
