Wellkeeper, an oil and gas production monitoring company, announced today that it is expanding into Denver, opening an office near the Denver Technological Center.
Its other offices are in Albuquerque, Midland, Houston, Dallas and Gillette.
“Expanding into Denver is an exciting next step for Wellkeeper, as we work to increase our presence in the Northern Rockies,” said Jim Taylor, Wellkeeper chief operating officer.
“The Denver metro area gives us access to an extensive pool of software talent and we look forward to growing our software team in the future,” said Taylor in a statement.
Taylor said the potential for new jobs at the Denver office will grow as Wellkeeper expands its software team.
Wellkeeper said it pioneered an “all-in-one system” of remote data monitoring, communication service and field maintenance. The system, it said, provides a “wealth of data” for oil and gas producers that “can be customized to meet unique business goals.”
Wellkeeper said the system utilizes precision sensors and digital cellular, satellite and radio communications technologies which generates around the clock data on oil and water tank levels, pressures, flow rates and an array of other measurements.
